Yes, all Benchmark 365 services are 24×7. There is no minimum spend to access our 24×7 outsourced helpdesk team.
Our pricing is based on your average monthly ticket volume and utilization (not endpoints). We save MSPs between 50-70% on resourcing costs and our unique pricing structure is around 1/3rd of our competitors.
There are no lock in contracts. We believe MSPs need ultimate flexibility and once you choose to sign up with us we simply require 30 days notice to change or cancel the service. We take an upfront 30 day deposit to cover the cancellation period.
Yes, our team are trained on all of the mainstream RMM, network monitoring and remote control tools. Whether you’re using ConnectWise Automate, Kaseya VSA, Datto RMM or a range of others we are confident we can utilize your tools to deliver our service 24×7.
We work with whatever documentation tools suit your business. For some MSPs that may be as simple as using OneNote or as enhanced as IT Glue or PassPortal.
